1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8s88 platform and its users. By using the 8s88 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

8s88 provides transaction facilities through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following methods are currently supported on the 8s88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from a service registered in the account holder's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8s88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer may have its own specific conditions, but the general provisions below apply across the board.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A user may take advantage of a specific promotion only once.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to others.
• 8s88 may cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other gaming products are available on the 8s88 platform. Each product may have its own rules, which will be stated in the relevant section.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 8s88 reserves the right to cancel any bet recorded at incorrect odds or amounts due to a technical error.
• 8s88 is not liable for bets lost due to technical disruptions.

6.2 Sports Betting

A variety of sporting events are available for betting in the sports betting section. All bets may be placed in pre-match or live markets. The official announcement of the relevant sports body will be considered final in determining results.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through third-party game provider software. Game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and 8s88 does not intervene in game outcomes in any way.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8s88 platform and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack it.

• Registering an account with false information or committing verification fraud.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8s88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of any provision of these Terms is found.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Due to technical issues or maintenance requirements.
• In accordance with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.1 Closure by User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be cancelled before the account is closed, and legitimate funds will be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

8s88 accepts no liability or compensation for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorized access.
• Game results that have gone against the user's expectations.
